Party Information

 

J       Q: What is the maximum number of kids I’m allowed to invite?

J       A: The Jumping Parties includes 25 kids, this count includes the birthday child(ren). These are group rates.

 

J       Q: What happens if I go over the limit?

J       A: If you exceed limit for the jumping party (25) each child over that count will be an additional $9 charge.

 

J       Q: What ages are included in the head count?

J       A: For jumping we only count ages 2-17.  Anyone under or above that range is free. For the Toddler room kids from 18 mo. - 5 years old count towards the party.

 

J       Q: Do you provide decorations / goody bags?

J       A: No, we do not.  You will be responsible for bringing that yourself.  There are no restrictions on decorations but we do not allow confetti.

 

J       Q: Am I allowed to bring my own food in?

J       A: Yes, but there are very specific restrictions.

Foods that are allowed: Cake, chips & dip, cookies, fruit/vegetable/cheese trays, candy.

Foods that are NOT allowed: any outside catering, anything that needs to be heated up, and anything that can be considered a meal (i.e. – wings, sandwich/meat trays, wrap trays, hot dogs etc.) Any unauthorized food there will be a $50 charge.


J       Q: What are your catering packages?

J       A: Double Dave's Pizza or Chick-fil-A. Please see catering menu on our party flier or go to the catering page on our web site www.letsjump.net.

  

J       Q: How do I go about placing my food order?

J       A: Either you can call us once you get your final head count, or one of our staff members will call a day or two before.  REMINDER: Food can only be increased the day of the party not decreased.

  

J       Q: How early should we arrive?

J       A: No more than 15 minutes early.  We recommend putting the start time on your invitations as 15 minutes early, too.  This way everyone will be on time, and will have a chance to fill out the waiver.  You will not be able to get into you party room for 45 minutes to an hour after your party starts.

 

J       Q: Do you provide paper products?

J       A: Only with the food package.  Otherwise, you will provide your own supplies.

 

J       Q: How long are the parties?

J       A:  2 hours 15 minutes to 1hour 30 minutes. Depending on which party you booked.

 

J       Q: Will my party be mixed in with other parties?

J       A:  No, all Let’s Jump parties are completely private. This includes the jump arenas and the party room.

 

J       Q: Is there anything else I should bring?

J       A: You should bring enough drinks for the jump arena.  (NO ALCOHOL for the adults!)  We do not have a water fountain, and the kids will get thirsty.  Also, don’t forget your cake & candle.

 

J       Q: Is my deposit refundable?

J       A: No Deposits are due at the time of the booking and are NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

J       Q: May I tip my party host?

J       A: Yes, Only if the did their jobs.

  

J       Q: Can I just book play time with no party room?

J       A: Yes, all rooms are booked for 45 minute sessions at $95 weekday or $125 weekend.  We can customize any type of party you would like to have.
